This is an image of the outside of Rockcrusher’s new 36,000 square foot facility in Salem, Ohio. With over 720,000 cubic feet of manufacturing and warehouse capacity, what you can’t see is the most important part.
On the inside is Rockcrusher’s hard working staff and all the elements needed to produce the best products available for you and the automotive Jeep aftermarket. Behind the wall of this facility are a Research and Development Department, new offices, a tooling area, a raw materials area, a recycling area, overhead cranes, digitally automated CNC (computer numerical control) 4-axis vertical mill, three Okuma twin turret CNC 4-axis horizontal lathes, press breaks, drill presses, die-presses, complete with all the other needed tools and supplies. These are all expensive, but essential tools to get the job done.
But the most valuable assets are the people running the facility. Behind every great product or technology are people responsible for its creation. Behind the doors of Rockcrusher are a growing formed group of experienced key personnel: a mechanical engineer, certified machinists, a competent customer service & sales department, plus a qualified warehouse and office staff. Rockcrusher is harnessing their individual talents and abilities into a very proficient ‘team’. Of course, the team is only as good as its leaders.
As part of the new leadership team, Rockcrusher has hired Larry Conville as CEO of Marketing. Scott Gross also takes the reigns as National Sales Manager. We’ve had customer’s it seem like call every day asking about when we’re going to have a “budget boost” available for the MJ’s. Well we finally gave in and decided to put together a kit for all your MJ guys that are looking for a cheap alternative to gain a little lift height.
The Motion Offroad MJ Comanche Budget Boost is a simple and economical way to increase vehicle lift height by 1.5″. Our Budget Boost is an easy to install system that raises the front and rear of your Jeep to provide extra clearance for larger tires or to compensate for added weight associated with aftermarket bumpers, winches, and other accessories. The front coil spacers install on top of the stock coil easily without welding or drilling; the rear shackles replace your factory shackles which allows the factory ride characteristics to be maintained. We’ve also included a set of quality replacement shocks that are longer to compensate for the new lift height. Our rear shackle’s have 2 holes as we know the 2wd and 4wd leaf packs are different, this allows you to fine tune the rear lift height to match the front. The new Interco SS-M16 is a tire for all seasons. Several design features have been taken from our best performing all terrain and mud terrain tires. The SS-M16 is highway friendly and very quiet for a tire that has such good off road performance.
