The new Interco SS-M16 is a tire for all seasons. Several design features have been taken from our best performing all terrain and mud terrain tires. The SS-M16 is highway friendly and very quiet for a tire that has such good off road performance. It is an excellent tire that bridges the gap between the all-terrain and very aggressive off road tires and has a rugged design that will enhance the appearance of any vehicle.

We’re interested to see how they perform. Anyone who’s running a set we’d love to hear your feedback on them. Will we be running them anytime in the near future? Probably not but like all new tires we love to hear feedback on them!

Off-Road Adventures TV

Posted: March 30, 2008 in Uncategorized

Tune in March 31 for the premiere of Off Road Adventures TV. Don’t miss this exciting new show!

About the Show

Off Road Adventures TV is a truck lifestyle show geared toward the average truck owner who dreams about upgrading his or her rig, but likely does not have the means to do so.

Combining entertaining elements of off-roading and human interest with educational segments pertaining to the installation of suspension, tires, exhaust, axles and other components, the viewer learns the how, what and why of a particular truck transformation.  It’s our hope that at the end of every episode, the viewer is left entertained with an expanded off road knowledge.

About the Hosts

Steve Magnante
Steve Magnante is a car and truck enthusiast who became obsessed with cars at the age of five, when his Mom brought him his first Hot Wheels car. So would begin an interest in plastic model kits, followed by a never ending succession of full-size cars, some running, some not (yet).

With a BA degree from Clark University and 20 years of hands-on automotive experience, Steve sees cars as a mixture of engineering, art, fun, and trouble. More recently, he has moved to Southern California, where he has been a frequent contributor to numerous car magazines, such as Mopar Action, Popular Mechanics, Chrysler Power, Super Chevy, and Hot Rod.

Rebecca Grant
Born in Buffalo, New York, Rebecca Grant grew up worshipping the local professional sports teams, and her love for athletics only grew with time. With a major in psychology and a minor in communications at the State University of New York at Buffalo, her goal was to become involved in television and sports. After graduating, she was fortunate enough to get a job in her hometown, hosting the Buffalo Bills NFL Show. Several episodes later, ESPN came calling and offered her a spot as a reporter for the U.S. Men’s Pro Ski Tour, which she took immediately. Again, the experience with a big network proved invaluable and after moving to Los Angeles, FOX Sports World had her host the coverage of the International Soccer League.

Outside the journalism realm, Grant’s looks helped her land a job as a double and stand-in for none other than Madonna for her “Frozen” video. E!’s “Wild On,” featured her as a guest-host, while dramas like Third Watch and Providence also appeared on her resume. In 2002, she was Keystone’s Beer Girl, and then a Budweiser spokeswoman in 2003.

Grant continues to do great work on Under the Helmet while working on more football projects, including the webcasts and reports for the past three Super Bowl shows.

Well the truth is that they’ve never really been gone. If you’ve spent any time online on any forums you’ll know of the RockCrusher vs. Solid ordeal. Everyone thinks that RockCrusher and Solid merged and are now under the name Solid Axle. The truth is that THIS IS NOT TRUE! We’ll let you do your own research on the matter, but lets just say it’s not been a very pretty fight with Grant @ RockCrusher trying to win the legal battle vs. what now is Solid Axle.

Grant is back in the game and restoring the RockCrusher name. He’s contacted us to be one of a few US distributors for theirs products. We were delighted! We know the reputation that RockCrusher has among the offroad community and we can’t be happier to sell their awesome line of products.

RockCrusher is proud to announce the new release of the newest addition to the product line, Aluminum Alloy differential covers. The new covers are designed after the original cast steel covers that RockCrusher is known for, the difference is that they now will also be available cast from the proprietary Aluminum Alloy which was designed to be strong, light and better able to dissipate heat to further strengthen the new covers. They are heat treated after casting to gain all the benefits of Alloy.

These are perfect for the weekend warriors as well as the street guys. They are still far superior than factory stamped covers and allow for longer gear life due to better dissipation of heat. The covers are precision lapped and are proudly manufactured 100% in the United States. These covers are available for Dana 30, 35, 44, 60, along with the Ford 8.8 with more applications coming available in the upcoming months.

So we’ve stocked up on the new covers and decided why not offer these at a killer introductory price. The RockCrusher covers are already one of the cheapest on the market and have the best reputation for full replacement diff covers, but we’ve decided to make it even sweeter. For a limited time you can buy any instock Dana 30, 35, 44, 60 or Ford 8.8″ cover for $75 plus shipping. We have a limited supply on hand and when they are gone the introductory price is also gone. So don’t delay and get yours today.

Troy and Lisa Myers have sold the Badlands Off Road Park in Attica, Indiana.

So who is the new owner? Well, it’s a familiar face. Kyle Knosp, previous owner of Paragon Adventure Park in Pennsylvania will be assuming ownership April 1st. He and his wife Stephanie along with their two young children will be relocating to the Attica area very soon. Much like the Myers, Knosp’s hard work transformed an old quarry operation into a successful off-road vehicle park, so he clearly knows his stuff.

We’re told that the Myers will be a part of day-to-day operations for a few months as the transition takes place. More details on the impending change in ownership will be released in a couple of weeks, so we’ll have more information on this developing story soon.
