SMITTYBILT $50 MAIL IN REBATE:
Purchase a Smittybilt Comp‐Series winch XRC8 or XRC10 and receive a rebate for the dollar amount specified next to the qualifying purchase. Offer valid on purchases made between March 1, 2011 and March 31, 2011.
You must submit the following items to receive your rebate check:
1. Authentic dated sales receipt (copy or original) with business identification verifying the purchase of the qualifying product. Product part number must be identified on the sales receipt. Offer does not apply to products replaced under warranty.
2. The rebate form, filled out completely and legibly. Visibly altered documents will not be honored.
3. Serial# of the winch
4. Cut out the UPC code from the box and submit back with rebate form and sales receipt
5. Send this completed rebate form and required proof‐of‐purchase (dated sales receipt) to the address indicated. Requests must be postmarked by May 1, 2011. Smittybilt is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail, and all proof‐of‐purchase documentation becomes the property of Smittybilt and will not be returned. Please retain copies for your files.
6. Offer good only at participating locations. Void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. Please allow 8‐10 weeks for processing from receipt of redemption form and all required documentation.
7. Limit: one (1) rebate per household.
8. This rebate offer may not be combined with any other discount, offer or rebate.
9. This rebate is intended for the final consumer only. Shops, jobbers, installers, W/Ds are not eligible.
10. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
11. Consumers name and address on receipt must match the name and address on rebate form.
